This refractometer is a portable, precision optical instrument for measuring the freezing point of either Propylene or ethylene glycol based antifreeze systems. It can also be used for checking the strength of electrolyte solution batteries. It features high-quality optics with ultra smooth focusing. The internal optical lens with high refractive index make up the precision optical system.The instrument is resistant to abrasion and corrosion resistance, can be used for measuring acidic and alkaline and other general corrosive liquid. (But we do not recommend measuring these liquids for a long time. The residue should be cleaned immediately after measurement. )
