Dubey, Ph.D., a senior lecturer of social work, is having twenty years of experience in teaching and research. He specialises in women studies, deviance, welfare administration, human rights and NGOs and management. He has participated and presented papers in national and international conferences and published articles Dr. Dubey has extensively travelled in India for the social work and rural development. He leads an NGO working for the welfare of youth and child. He has many books to his credit.
