Research is a more systematic activity that is directed toward discovery and the development of an organized body of knowledge. Research may be defined as the systematic and objective analysis and recording of controlled observations that may lead to the development of generalizations, principles, or theories, resulting in prediction and feasibly ultimate control of events. Shastri (Born on 15.10.1960) He has done his B.A. Kashi Hindu University, M.A. and Ph.D. from Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi. Since 1989 he is involved in teaching from D.A. V. Degree College Since 1996 he is joined State Educational Research and Training Association Delhi. Presently working as Modle Education and Training Institute, North-East Mandal, Shahadra.
