Here the authors explain how an investigation is started, what are the laws to be used in investigating a crime, what is the role of the witnesses etc. Moreover, the book describes the way of investigation, FIR, steps taken in investigating some important crimes etc. Finally the authors explain about the reports to be submitted by police in courts. The book will be very much important for police as well as for general public.
