Rupin’s Original Blueberry Flavor Essence is a sweet, fresh flavor which gives the juicy taste of fruit to the classic blueberry cheesecake, blueberry muffin or pancakes. This flavor is heat stable and can be used in all appropriate baked goods, milkshakes , ice-cream and other culinary preparations. A little goes a long way, suggested dosage is approximately 1-2 ml in 1 kg dough / batter. Please Note: This product is a safe flavor and free from alcohol, added sugar and is vegetarian.
