The Society for Advancement of Villagers’ Education and Rural Assistance (SAVERA) is working for rural development and nation building. It is a forum of  professionals, research scientists, social scientists, reformists, technocrats, and agriculturists, to provide critical inputs on major issues, relevant to development of rural India and to seek appropriate representation on the various committees, bodies, delegations, teams etc. at the State, National and International level. About the Author Harnam Singh earned PhD from University of Lucknow on “Insurance Industry in India with special reference to SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd” in 2011. He received Post-graduate degree in Applied Economics (2007) and Business Administration in Finance Management (2011) from UPRTOU, Allahabad.  Having 7 National and International Publications and Presented 9 Research Papers in International and 17 in National Conferences. Attended Faculty Development Programs and National Workshops at reputed institutions like IIM Ahmadabad and University of Lucknow. Dr. Singh Conducted several Research Trainings on Women Empowerment and Rural Development and also associated as Executive Committee Member in various National Level NGOs like, SAVERA, Sumangalam, Karttavya Foundation etc.  Apart from research and trainings, he is also a financial consultant and a freelance writer for periodicals. Currently, he is working on a Major Research Project of UGC titled ”Antecedents of job satisfaction in organizational citizenship behavior - A case study of the Public sector and Private sector Banks” in University of Lucknow. Amit K. Dwivedi, Ph.D.(University of Lucknow), holds post-graduation (2004) in Finance and Accounts from D. D. U. Gorakhpur University & Graduation (2002) from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Currently, he is an Assistant Faculty at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI) Gandhinagar. Prior to this he has served Indian Institute of Management (IIM-A) Ahmadabad as an Academic Associate. Dr. Dwivedi is Associate-Editor of International Journal of Commerce and Management Studies, Editorial & Review Board member for Humanities & Social-Science and also Member of Scientific & Technical Committee in World Academy of Science, Engineering & Technology (WASET) France, Editorial Board Member of Researchers World (International Journal), India, Associate-Editor of International Journal Shodh-Sanchayan (bi-lingual), Review Board Member of International Academy of Business & Economics (IABE), and Senior-Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, (Singapore). Apart from editorial work, he has sizeable research publications (around 30) to his credit. He has contributed 2 working papers for Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad. Dr. Dwivedi has presented (more than 20) research papers in International and National Conferences. He has also participated in different radio-talks on rural-empowerment and entrepreneurship development at All India Radio. Dr. Dwivedi has also conducted two entrepreneurship development programmes for Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Karanam Nagaraja Rao has completed his Ph.D in Management Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He worked for more than 2 decades in different capacities in LIC of India as Assistant Administrative Officer, Administrative Officer and the Principal of Agents’ Training Centre. He also worked as State Operations Manager in charge of Karnataka in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company before joining in to academics.  Before joining at Alliance University, he worked for about a year at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad as a faculty. Dr. Rao is a Life Member for Insurance Institute of India and All India Management Association. He also had to his credit a number of articles in National and International Journals. His interests include Insurance, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics and Spirituality in Management Science.
