Kumar’s plays, poems and gazals have influenced many new writers and playwrights. He passed away in 1975 at the age of 42, but inspired many in his short life. He has also written: Aangan Mein Ek Vriksha, Chote Chote Sawaal and Aawazon Ke Ghere.
