As we grow older, people start to take control of their own lives. We start trying to control the things we can’t control, and in doing so, we tend to lose sight of the things we can control. Life is all about finding the difference between the controllable and the uncontrollable; its about choreographing the controllable part with grace and balance, and simply giving your best in the uncontrollable parts. Through her twenty poems, the author tries to make the readers think about the small parts of life that could turn into magic, taking the readers on a trip through all those different areas of life which they tend to overlook. This book sheds light on those times where life challenges us, puts us into situations that we would have never imagined to get caught up in, and forces us to make tough choices in the battle between our conscious and subconscious mind. But all we need to do is join the dots and enjoy the journey of life. These twenty poems revolve around a young girl’s life who has dreams and aspirations, but somehow gets lost in a world where she’s lonely, but not alone.
