It contains model questions for quick revision. Most Indian universities have prescribed Rushdie’s novel in English syllabus, and this book serves as an extended guide for a thorough study. About Pradip Kumar Dey Pradip Kumar Dey is a distinguished member and Professor of English at the University of Burdwan. He is well known for modernizing the syllabus for English. Previously, he was Reader and Head at the Department of English, Tripura University, where also he was notable as a scholar, teacher and an able administrator. He has many publications to his credit. The study materials organized by him for the Correspondence Courses in M.A. English at the University of Burdwan also reveal his scholarly insights and fine critical vision. He has written several research papers published in many erudite journals. His current focus is on Indian English literature.
