Madhavacharya's classic book Sarvadarshan Sangraha is the first attempt of its kind in the tradition of explanation of almost all the philosophical ideas prevalent in the then India in a clear and scholarly style. Although the scholars have done timely editing and theoretical analysis of the entire Sarvadarshan Sangraha, however, there was no analytical discussion of any philosophy departure with specific analysis of any one philosophy, while its need always remained.
