The book is primarily intended to serve as a textbook for students pursuing Management and Commerce courses both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Nagarajan holds post graduate degrees in Engineering and Business Administration and M.Phil. degree in Management. He has contributed a number of articles in leading management and allied journals on issues related to Indian ethos and values. His book 'Management Thoughts in Thirukkural' and 'Message for Managers' are his contributions to managers and corporate executives who are interested in knowing more about the richness of ancient Indian wisdom. On the academic front, he has authored a book on 'Project Management' and coauthored a book on' Security Analysis and Portfolio Management' published by New Age International (P) Limited, Publishers, New Delhi. Dr. G. Jayabal is Professor in Department of Bank Management, School of Management, Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He has more than two decades of teaching experience in the fields of Banking, Financial Management, Financial Services and Investment Management. He has done his Doctoral research in the area of Micro Finance. He has published over seventy research papers in the domain of Financial Management in various journals of national and international repute. Under his able guidance and supervision, many scholars have qualified for Ph.D. and M.Phil. degrees in Management.
