Many people seek refuge in happiness, son, wealth, rights, fame or knowledge, and resort to medicine, alms, mantras, cult symbols, disguise or heat to alleviate suffering, but they remain humble, because of the lack of happiness. Those objects are not intended for extreme retirement. Happiness is reduced by the attachment of those substances to the body and the attainment of vomiting pain. Men who take refuge in the material things of the world with body pride for the eternal attainment of bliss and the extreme cessation of the three kinds of sorrow, experience pain and die again and again, not attaining unbroken peace. The best way to attain absolute peace of mind with the extreme end of sorrow is to experience the liberation of the subconsciously transcendental Brahman of the world. In such an experience, religions are expected to close as a result of the anatmakar of the mind rising through Dharma. This is called mindfulness yoga. This scripture gives a detailed description of how the age must be applicable to the inquisitive man and its usefulness to different officers according to their rights.
