Having an extra hand will enable you to steady and work through issues if they arise. 5, Don't apply to the window frame. Cut off excessive edges after application if needed. Don't worry, the static cling film is very easy to apply. 1. Keep Window or Glass clean 2. Wet the Window or Glass with water.( Soapy water will be better ) 3. Remove the Static Film from backing protect film, and then the smooth side should be post to the window.
