A Bagal Bandi is a traditional attire, that is worn during Pooja, rituals, and other spiritual occasions. This attire has its origins even before the Mughals era. The shape of the Bagal Bandi is similar to that of a Men's Kurta; the difference being it has two wide panels or flaps at the front that overlap each other and is tied together by the strings attached at both the sides. It has a similar look to the Angarkha pattern Kurta.
