This Saxophone is Domestically manufactured in India on imported keys based pattern. This instrument is suitable for beginners, Intermediate and professionals. If you are a freshers please approach a teacher, mentor or a guide or may take help of videos available on YOUTUBE to learn the basic step to play the instrument, as it becomes difficult for a freshers to play it on its own. Since Saxophone is such an instrument which need some expertise and it needed to be adjusted by the player itself. Like how much the reed has to be pressed with the lips, how to tighten it. More importantly how to put fingers on different keys etc. So before considering the item as defective please keep this in mind and at least give 3-4 days time to yourself to get the instrument set on your hands. 2. If you are professional or an intermediate we would like to tell you that this item is well tuned and being verified by a professional expert and is being inspected by keeping every aspect in mind like keys working well, padding is done properly, the air flow is accurate, mouth piece fitting is proper etc, being a professional you may still need to adjust its various technicalities according to your own need and at least give 3-4 days time to yourself to get the instrument set on your hands.
