Length x Width (mould): 21.4 x 10.6cm Diameter x Height (cavity): 3 x 1.8cm Capacity per cavity: 15ml Temperature range: -60°C to +230°C How to make chocolates Before using your Easy Choc silicone mould by Silikomart, clean it with hot water or in the dishwasher. 1- Melt 200 grams of dark, white or milk chocolate in the microwave, making sure the temperature doesn't exceed 45°C for dark chocolate and 40°C for white and milk chocolate. Stir until smooth and homogeneous. 2- Thoroughly dry the mould before use. Fill the cavities with the melted chocolate. Use a funnel dispenser for an easier operation. Gently tap the mould on your kitchen worktop to get rid of any air bubbles. While the chocolate is still liquid, insert any filling or decoration of your choice (dried or candied fruit....). If you poured too much chocolate and it is overflowing, wait for a few minutes until the chocolate on the surface is set, then scrape the excess with a spatula. Placer the mould in the fridge for about 20 minutes. 3- To release the chocolates, gently press on each cavity. 4- Store your chocolates in an airtight container, in a cool and dry place. Caution: Do not place the mould in direct contact with a heat source (electric hob or stove, flame, grill, etc...) Do not use knives or sharp objects to cut or release shapes directly inside the mould. Do not wash with chemical detergents or abrasive sponges. This silicone mould is not suitable for use with the grill function of your oven or microwave.
