The thick glass jar is stronge enough. The lid closes tightly. Initially we had an issue in the tap as the flow of water was very less. Thanks to the Home Space customer service , when asked to provide another tap they unhesitatingly helped us and couriered an extra tap with washers within a week. Now water as well as juice flows perfectly from the jar.
