At this moment around the world people are communicating. They are using different approaches, different styles and different languages, but the desired result is the same, to understand and to be understood. We communicate verbally, non-verbally as well as we do communicate with our Etiquettes. When I embarked on writing this book, I felt overwhelmed by the vastness of communication issues. The topic is almost limitless. I want to make this book practical and realistic.
