Making SOOPER Shahi Rabdi is so fast and easy. Just add the contents of the packet to half a litre of milk and boil for 2 to 3 minutes stirring continuously. That's it. Refrigerate and your Rabdi is ready to be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment or garnish for Malpua, Jilebi or Shahi Tukda. You could make Kesar Pista Kulfi by freezing the mixture in a flat aluminium vessel or in moulds. Make SOOPER Gulab jamuns and soak in the syrup. Remove and then soak in Shahi Rabdi.
