This book deals with the implementation of Human Rights Law in Legal Manner. Through the development in parallel with the CSR debate, the post-World War II period has witnessed the increased consideration and implementation of international and national human rights.[1] After lying dormant for long period human rights gained prominence in the aftermath of the Second World War when renewed search for peace and prosperity appeared in the global agenda. The result was the formation of the United Nations organizations in 1945. The first universal instrument of Human Rights was called as the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” (UDHR) adopted on 10th December1948. The most unique features of the declaration lies in the fact that it represents a world-wide charter of rights, proclaimed “universal” and “fundamental” freedoms which, transcend, national, religious, cultural, and ideological factors. After adoption of the UDHR, a number of charters and treaties have been made at the national as well as international level.
