At present Government of India is also encouraging education for all, where it is possible and taking various initiatives through providing concession, facilities, infrastructure and training to schools or institute. This initiative may be because of the implementation of the Persons with Disability (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 Government where in the act emphasizes free education for all the persons with disabilities up to the age of 18 years, preference in employment in public sector through the reservation of 3% of vacancies against identified posts and accessibility of building,road, transport and other public services.
