Spon's Architects' and Builders' Price Book 2005 is the most detailed, professionally relevant source of construction price information currently available anywhere. With its unique Tender Index it is the only price book that publishes details of its cost base in a way allowing adjustments for market conditions that affect building prices. A separate minor works section covers contracts of around GBP65,000 in value. The 2005 edition includes the following new items: acrylic water-based emulsion paints, additional insulation boards and quilts, green items, and head and wall restraints among others.
