Sri Lalithaa's Coconut Rice Mix can be used for preparing COCONUT VARIETY RICE / Thengai Sadham by adding required quantity of Rice Mix in Steamed Rice and mixing it after adding Ghee to it. Add salt if needed. Now your Coconut Mixed Rice is ready to eat. Use Chips or fried Papad as side for rich taste. You can also try our Coconut Chilli Powder that can be used as side for Curd Rice, Idly & Dosa and can be used to prepare Coconut Powder Mixed Rice / Thengai Podi Sadham.Storage : Any food product will be fresh till the given shelf life and sometimes even more than that, only if used (a) without putting hands directly, (b) without touching the product with wet hands or wet spoons, (c) without breathing in front of it (as our breathe can create germs to the food product), (d) using clean dry spoons, (e) storing in a clean cool dry place and (f) storing products like Rice Mix, Pickles and like items in a refrigerator.
