He completed his MBA from IIFT, while he was working as a Research Fellow there. Sanjaya Singh Gaur is an Associate Professor at Auckland University of Technology. He has taught and conducted research in various institutions all across the world like BITS Pilani, SPJIMR Mumbai and IIT Bombay in India, University of Hoseo and SIT University in South Korea, Westphalian Wilhelms University of Muenster in Germany, and University of Michigan in USA.
