Dr. Paul D. Stevens, Sr., is an ordained Baptist preacher with 41 years of ministry experience, including over 37 years of pastoral experience. Dr. Stevens has pastored in a traditional church setting, he has been a church planter, and he understands the sacrifice and work that is needed to have a church that strives to be excellent in all its endeavors. For the past 27 years, Dr. Stevens has served as the Senior Pastor of the New Covenant Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas. New Covenant has grown from 188 to over 3000 members. Dr. Stevens has a passion for pastors, church growth, and church health. He desires that every local church reaches its God given potential and becomes a beacon light in its ministry context and around the world.
