Add 3 tbsp Suhana Chicken Tandoori Masala and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste to the hung curd. Marinate 1 kg Chicken (pieces with slits) with this mixture for 90-120 minutes. Roast Marinated chicken by applying melted butter in a Tandoor or Microwave or Sauteing in pan on Stove top till well done.Serve hot with onion rings and salad. If desired sprinkle Suhana Chat Masala and enjoy.
