They both are completely washable & reusable for atleast 300 times. HOW TO USE? STEP 1: ALWAYS wash the diaper atleast once before use using detergent Skipping this step CAN CAUSE leaks. STEP 2: ALWAYS size diaper before use using the front panel of snaps (check fit and size infographics). There are 12 snaps in front meant for reducing size. The size must be such that there are NO GAPS around the thigh. A loose diaper can be uncomfortable for babies. STEP 3: Snap on the insert to the diaper with help of the snaps or Insert the soaker/ insert in the diaper . One soaker will last 2.5- 3 hours for an average wetting baby. WASH CARE: Before Washing : 1.If diaper has been pooped in, knock poop off, rinse diaper and keep in lightly covered bucket or wetbag 2. If diaper has been peed in, it can be stored as it is till wash. Store in a lightly covered bucket or wet bag. WASH ROUTINE: 1. Prewash (Rinse thoroughly) 2. Main wash using regular detergent in sufficient quantity (not more or less) and wash well in machine or by hand - rub well. (Choose detergents like regular Surf which do not have softeners, added fragrances etc. DO NOT use baby detergent 3.Machine dry/ line dry. Sun drying is ideal. Please note - The soaker pad with this diaper is a stay dry soaker pad, made of either Microfiber or Terry. They're sent basis availability.The functionality and durability of both these soakers are tested and certified and they perform equally well. We will not be able to give a choice on the soaker pad.We will therefore not be able to allow returns/exchange due to soaker pad fabric, rest assured, they work just as beautifully either way :)
