Yasin is the 36th Chapter of the Holy Qur'an. It contains 83 verses (ayahs). It is also known as the 'heart of the Qur'an'. Reciting Surah Yasin leads to forgiveness of sins, fulfilment of wishes, protection from all calamities and eases one's death, etc.
