About the Author Shah Alam Khan is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics at All India institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi. He has a passion for teaching and is a keen researcher. Dr Khan has a post graduation in orthopedics from Jawahar lal Nehru Medical College Aligarh Muslim University. He was trained at various NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a member of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He completed his DNB in orthopedics from the National Board of Examinations New Delhi and MCh in orthopedic surgery from the University of Liverpool.Dr Khan has a teaching experience of more than ten years in various positions. He is on the editorial review boards of a number of Indian and international journals of repute and has extensively published in different journals.
