This book of fables is an original work of T.Rajesh. All the stories in this collection are completely new and are comparable with the best of work produced in this genre. The book takes the children on a safari to the intriguing animal world. As the title of the book suggests, the book is a treasure trove of wit and wisdom. Without overtly ascribing any moral, the stories in the book will make a child ponder on the follies and fallacies of man.If one story emphasizes on the fact that truth cannot be kept under wraps for long, another story tells us why it is essential to avoid a pointless quarrel and also how others may exploit it to their advantage.The present collection consists of eleven stories written in a simple style that can easily be understood by children and grown-ups alike. There are beautiful illustrations too, which of course is a treat for the eyes.
