This book is compiled by professor Qamar Raees and Syed aashur kazmi. There are various articles in it. From these articles an attempt has been made to describe the fifty year journey of the progressive movement (taraqqi Pasand Tahrik) in Urdu literature. At the same time, different views have been expressed. These articles have been presented by different writers.
