They Do Have Outstanding Abilities Which Are Hardly Recognized And Excluded From The Mainstream Of The Society. Given Appropriate Education, Training And Opportunity, They Can Also Contribute To The Society For Economic Development Of The Country. A Large Number Of Such Persons Are Intelligent And, If Given The Right Opportunity And Environment, They Develop Their Capabilities Through Education And Training. They Can Lead Full And Independent Life. What They Need Is Proper Medical Attention, Special Education, And Rehabilitation Facilities So That They Are Restored To The Fullest Physical, Social, Vocational, And Economic Fulfillment Of Which They Are Capable. “Catch Them Young” Is The Crux Of Success In The Education, Vocational Training And Overall Rehabilitation Of The Children With Hearing Impairment.
