This book, the fourth in the series which you are now holding in your hands, again leans on the Bard and links three Shakespearean characters with what Dr. Meredith Belbin, wrote in his book ‘Team Roles at Work’. Building teams – or rather building successful teams – is one of the most challenging tasks a manager has to accomplish successfully. This book gives a practical insight into how it can be done. It uniquely links the distant Shakespearean past with a current management concept and examines the nature of the lessons which can be pulled out to address the issue of how to build teams.
