This book provides the basic as well as advanced concepts involved in the design of controlled and targeting drug delivery systems followed by highlighting those systems which enable site-specific delivery to the eye, nasal cavity, lungs, buccal and intrauterine cavity and even implants. The various strategies that are currently in use/ study have been discussed in a simple and scientific manner.
