Dr. Sikka worked as Lecturer in Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) during 1972-73 and Sikh National College, Banga from 1973 to 1989. He wrote three books on Sikh Religion and Philosophy in English Prose and other books in English Verse.
