The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 is the amended act of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. This Latest Act is in the form of Bare Act which is for the educational purposes. This Act is made as per the guidelines which is been issued by the All India Bar Council Examination - AIBE to only carry Bare Acts for the examination and to study with the Bare Act only. This act helps to provide the latest provision under the consumer protectiona and also for the dispute resolution between the seller and customer.
