The Dhammapada, by Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, is a book on philosophy and spirituality, which offers introductory essays, Pali text, English translation and notes. About Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was the first Vice President and the second President of India. He was a notable scholar of comparative religion and philosophy. He was honoured with the Bharat Ratna award. Dr. Radhakrishnan’s birthday is observed as Teacher’s Day in India.
