The novel 'The Disturbing Factor' deals with a familiar theme: marriage, love, family etc. But it has been written from the standpoint of a strong willed young girl, who refuses to barter away her freedom in exchange for a life of economic security. The novel explores new realms of experience in which the traditional wisdom has been given the go by and the characters jump into the ocean and try to live with the waves.
