The present book explores the socio literary scenario of West Indies and focuses on the urgency of going beyond contemporary literary schools of criticism to elucidate and decipher the genuine understanding of Wilson Harris’s oeuvre. It offers a revaluation of Harris from divergent perspectives. Also, it is an attempt to prove that Harris’s perspectives as alternative discourse are precursors to Deconstruction.
