Summary Of The Book The story of Goosebumps Hall Of Horrors: The Five Masks of Dr. Screem (Special Edition) (Book 3) is about the mission of two kids on a Halloween night against  Dr. Screem, who is an evil person. On Halloween, Monica Anderson is out with her brother Peter trick-or-treating, and they find themselves at an old and offensive house. On knocking the door, a strange lady opens it and begins to plead for their help. The lady tells them about five ancient powerful ugly masks, which can be collectively used to control the world. The old lady is in need of their help against Dr. Screem who wants these masks badly. Though initially the children are unwilling to help her, they start on a Halloween mission for retrieving the masks. This book belongs to the Hall of Horrors series, and the story is told by Monica, who is taken to the Hall Of Horrors by her mask. In 1992, he began writing the Goosebumps series of books. Some of his books include Goosebumps: The Haunted School, Goosebumps: One Day At Horrorland, and Goosebumps: The Headless Ghost. Robert Lawrence Stine was born on October 8, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio. In 1965, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Ohio State University (OSU). Numerous honors and awards have been won by R. L. Stine, including Disney Adventures Kids’ Choice Award and several Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and kids have selected him as among their favorite authors in the National Education Association Read Across America.
