About the Book: This work is a simple, layman’s interpretation, not an abstract scholarly exposition of the divine hymns guiding the follower (Gursikh) on the righteous path of salvation and attainment of God’s Graces. I think this little book will help preserve the initiatory Sikh scriptural knowledge among the younger generation, as well as help others fathom the profound theological essence of the ‘Shabd,’ the divine word as revealed to Guru Nanak Dev.
