This book is my sincere effort to share my creative ideas which can help the retail format to improve their presence and their final numbers. I have spent more energy in trying to motivate all the entrepreneurs and the companies to make an effort towards the self - betterment rather than sharing a series of more ideas. This is my attempt to motivate the decision making professionals by sharing with them the ideas that need ground actions rather than few good lines.
