His city, the lovely and unforgettable Malgudi, is like him, peaceful and quiet. However, a despicable taxidermist moves into Nataraj’s attic, filling it with a stuffed jungle full of pythons, hyenas, tigers and other nightmarish atrocities. Dancing girls flock around the man, making Nataraj hate him even more. But nothing makes Nataraj despise the man more than his thirst for bigger game. When Vasu sets his sights on the temple elephant, Nataraj decides that he needs to be stopped, one way or the other. About R. K. Narayan R. K.
