Implementing projects that matter is the most important thing there is, bar nothing. In our organizations these projects will ensure survival and ultimately prosperity. They are the key to creating thriving teams of engaged people. At a personal level projects that matter are the key to fulfillment and success. Implementation, however challenges us at every level. We're just not wired for long term projects, our teams are managed like industrial revolution machines and our organizations just aren't set up to have important projects work.
