I bought this book when I was very depressed with myself and frustrated with the world.....Reading this book gave me great insights into what life really is and how to truly live...I recommend this book to anyone who is tired of all the philosophies. After reading this books, I was laughing at myself for the past worries and anxieties. It gave me great insights about the important of the present moment. Though the ideas discussed in this book looks easy to follow, it is extremely difficult to bring this into practice. It gives new perception about life.
