She then pursued further education in England at King's College London and Cambridge. At nineteen, she married physician Paidipati Govindarajulu Naidu and had five children. After working with Annie Besant in London, Naidu devoted herself to Gandhi's Satyagraha movement. She fearlessly faced arrest during the Salt March of 1930 and promoted civil disobedience globally. As one of India's esteemed poets, she published notable collections, including "The Golden Threshold," "The Bird of Time," and "The Broken Wing."
