Summary of the Book In this book, the brother and sister, Carter and Sadie, travel to Dallas and meet J. D. Grissom, the leader of the nome. They tell him that his nome will be destroyed by the forces of Apophis, if they don’t get the heavily guarded magic scroll from King Tut. But Sadie soon finds out that they, instead of the scroll, need a golden box. Will they find out where it is? Can they stop the looming danger?
