The Tale of a Villain: Beginning of an era breaks free from the traditional hero-led-story and shifts it's narrative focus to the villain. This pyschologically intense dystopian novel deals with grief, death, revenge and much more. The novel is embedded with major action sequences, light science fiction and elements of dark themes. A young boy who aspired to become a superhero just like his idol is forced to choose a darker path due to the machinations of fate. His story graphically demonstrates how society plays a role in creating the victim, who can choose to become either a hero or a villain. A hero would want to prevent the tragedy that fell on him/her from happening to others, while a villain tries to harm others to prevent the world from hurting him again. The novel drives home an uncomfortable truth: There is a monster in each one of us.
