Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a line along your lash line, using small, gentle strokes. For a more dramatic look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye. Choose your desired shade and work on your desired style. Repeat on the other eye. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes or applying any other eye makeup.
