Summary of the Book Maddy, Liam and Sal continue their adventures as part of a secret time travelling agency that doesn’t exist. Now, Maddy unlocks the secret that Becks has been hiding, discovering the truth behind the TimeRider agency and its origins. The team follows the clues to the past, to an ancient Mayan tribe and a relic which contains a secret that links the past to the future. However, this discovery isn’t easy to digest, and not all the TimeRiders are ready to cope with it. One of them will bring them all down, if the others can’t stop him in time. About Alex Scarrow Alex Scarrow is a British writer who is best known for his young adult novels. He has also written: The Candle Man, A Thousand Suns, Last Light, Afterlight and October Skies. A former guitarist, Scarrow abandoned his music career to work as a graphic artist and became a computer game designer, working on Waterworld, Evolva, The Thing, Spartan, Gates of Troy, Legion Arena and Ultimate Soccer Manager. He began writing through screenwriting. He currently resides in Norwich with his family. Alex Scarrow is also the brother of the best-selling author Simon Scarrow.
